- Basis of Delivery: In shipments of minimum 50,000 metric tones (+/- 5%),
- The shipment will be arranged by the Seller for delivery of material within 30/45 days after receipt of an acceptable payment instrument from Buyer's bank.
Inspection: SGS at Seller's cost shall inspect commodity at the place of Loading.
SGS shall issue an inspection Certificate of quality and quantity for the shipment to certify that the goods are in good order and condition and being conform to the specifications. CIQ may inspect material at the destination port at buyer's expense.
The CIQ report will not be recognized as part of documents required for payment. Payment Terms : THE PAYMENT IS BY IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED, TRANSFERABLE, AUTO REVOLVING AT SIGHT L/C , LC 100% PAYABLE AT THE PORT OF LOADING WHEN PRESENTING DOCUMENTS OF SHIPMENT (SGS + BL)
The Letter of Credit must be issued and/or confirmed by a Top 25 World Bank.
PBG Guarantee: Buyer to issue Non-operative LC and Seller to issue 2% operative PBG. SELLER SHALL OPEN BANK PERFORMANCE BOND FOR 2% OF EACH L/C VALUE, IN U.S. DOLLARS.
