COMMODITY: HMS 1 & 2 (Heavy melting steel 1 & 2)

SPECIFICATIONS: HMS 1 & 2 200-206 (Mixed of 80% HMS1 and 20% HMS2) The scrap consists out of a mix of mill scrap ( stampings, cuttings, bars, etc.)
Industrail scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. pieces, etc),......

ORIGIN: N/C Europe, Africa, Russia, South America, Ukraine or USA, at seller's option.

1000MT to 10,000MT pack in containers. $265 PMT yearly contract, spot at $265

PAYMENT TERMS: By Irrevocable, Transferable , assignable, confirmed fully funded, revolving RDLC, TT payable 100% at loading port, upon seller presentation of documents for payment are Non Negociable Bill of Lading, SGS Quality & Quantity Certificates and Commercial Invoice.(Non-Transferable L/C add $5 pmt)

PROCEDURES:

Buyer issues LOI / BCL
Seller issues FCO & Buyer signs it and sends it back
Seller issues Draft Contract.
Buyer signs and returns draft contract, along with
Draft text of SBLC / TT or RDLC.
Seller issues Final Contract and approves LC text.
Buyer's bank opens non-operative RDLC
Seller open 2% PBG to activate non-operative RDLC
Seller sends invitation to buyer for yard visit at buyers own expenses.
Delivery as agreed within 30 to 45 days, as defines in the contract.
